In order to serve our customers better, we gladly service the scooters that we sell which include Vespa, Piaggio, Genuine, Royal Alloy, SYM, Lance and Scootstar. We do not service other brands of motor scooters during our busy season unless they are running and can get to us under their own power. Please check with our staff before bringing your scooter in. If your scooter is running great and just needs routine maintenance (ex: fluids, tires, drive belt) please call to schedule an appointment and we can do the service while you wait. Scooters are accepted only during business hours so please do not leave your scooter outside our building after store hours.
We want you to be thrilled with our service.  If you experience a problem regarding our repairs on your scooter, please bring it back within 30 days so we can make it right. Vehicles that are not picked up upon completion after 3 business days will be charged storage fees of $10/day unless arrangements are made with management. After 30 days, property will be considered abandoned and sold.

SHOP RATE:
$100/hour for Modern Scooters
$150/hour for Vintage Scooters (20 years old and older)

MOBILE SERVICE:
$100 for a pickup within 10 miles or less from The Scooter Lounge
$2.50 for each additional loaded mile

Front Tire Change:  $50 + Cost of Tire and Valve Stem

Please be aware:  If sealants that are not intended for scooters (like Slime) have been put in your tires, there may be an additional $50 – $100 charge to remove it from your rim when you have a tire or valve stem change.  Please avoid using all sealants or slime that are not meant specifically for scooters or motorcycles.

Waste Tire Taxes are charged for every tire change
