The 4 stroke version of the legendary Motul 710, Motul 7100! Motul is definitely one of (if not) the best 4 stroke synthetic oils out there. The Motul 7100 is a fully synthetic oil that is ester-based. We have been using it on our own 4 stroke scooters and also in our shop for years now. We highly recommend it!

This oil can be used on every 4 Stroke scooter on the road today. (Even for the scooters that call for 15W40)

*Some people ask, “Wait, its 10W40, can’t I just use 10W40 that I use for my car?” The answer is… we really don’t recommend it. High revving scooter and motorcycle engines need their own oil formulas.

Motul brand 7100 oil, due to its ester-base, also claims to provide full engine lubrication even before the engine is “warmed-up.” We don’t know how much of that is exclusive to Motul, but it sure sounds good to us!
