This is the front wheel for Buddy 150/170 models in the Italia olive green color. 

Note: Buddy front wheels do not come with the bearings and spacer installed.  If you don’t have a puller to remove the bearings from the old wheel, or if your bearings are damaged, you will need to purchase them separately.  Buy them as a kit here.
